This building houses five fire apparatus and related equipment. This area of the building was built it 1989 after we out grew the old engine house.

This area is also inside the engine house. The fire department base radio is here and can be used as a dispatch area during times of high call volume.

This is our 75kw diesel emergency power generator. The generator is set up to automatically switch from utility power. Six seconds after a utility power interruption, power is restored from the generator. The generator is setup to run the entire fire station.

This is a front view of the Middlesex Fire station. This area of the building housed fire apparatus until 1989. In an extensive remodel, in 2003 this area was converted to meeting space and a take out area for our Roast Beef Dinners.

This shows the entrance to the dinning room. The dinning room is the area where our social functions and fund raisers are held. The dinning room was built in 1975.

The entire kitchen was renovated in 2003.The fire station now has a full commercial kitchen with stainless steel cabinetry, a commercial range and double deck convection oven.

The center island is a serving line with hot food wells used during out roast beef dinner fundraisers.

The kitchen also has a commercial high-temperature dish washer.

With all the food service we make extensive use of our walk in freezer and cooler. The current walk in unit was installed in 2007.

The meeting room was also renovated in 2003. This area doubles as a meeting room and lounge area.
